B. Stephen Boyd named to INDA Board of Directors

Lee, Massachusetts - Boyd Technologies announced the election of the Company's President, B. Stephen Boyd, to the Board of Directors of INDA, the leading Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry. Mr. Boyd was elected along with five other industry executives during the Annual Meeting of INDA this March in Durham, North Carolina.

Top executives and leaders in the industry gathered for the Annual Meeting held from March 19-21. Attendees of the meeting heard the annual State of the Association presentation from INDA President Rory Holms, as well as several presentations from industry leaders. "My father served on the INDA Board for many years and I am thrilled to again represent Boyd Technologies on INDA's Board of Directors," said Stephen Boyd. Mr. Boyd will serve as a member of the Board's Finance Committee.

Boyd Technologies is an industry leading converter distributor of nonwoven fabrics and a long standing member of the INDA Association. "It is an exciting time for our business," said Stephen Boyd, "We are investing aggressively in our capabilities for sourcing, converting, and distributing nonwovens, as well as other flexible materials, and those investments are now being realized with exciting new growth," he added.

Stephen Boyd's executive experience includes positions throughout the Boyd Technologies organization where he held management roles in sales, marketing, and operations prior to becoming the Company's President in 2007.
